PNSIQ is a decision-intelligence platform for wholesale apparel brands. We are operated by Sabian Solutions LLC ("PNSIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). • Business data you upload or connect to the platform, including order history, account records, inventory data, and financial records

• Usage data: pages visited, features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system

• To generate intelligence outputs — chargeback analyses, account briefs, order recommendations — from data you provide

We do not sell your personal information or your business data to third parties. We do not use your business data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

• Service providers: We use third-party vendors (cloud infrastructure, AI inference, analytics) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account termination, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., financial records).
